Plenum offers optional AI-assisted writing tools designed to help users write clearer, more complete entries — such as incident descriptions and field notes — directly within the product. These features are powered by OpenAI.

Before these features are enabled for your account, you will be presented with a one-time in-app consent prompt explaining that text you enter in supported fields may be sent to OpenAI for processing. You must actively accept this prompt to enable AI-assisted writing. If you decline, the feature will not be activated and your inputs will not be transmitted to OpenAI.

You may withdraw your consent at any time through your account settings, which will immediately disable AI-assisted writing features for your account.
